Sexy, innit?
I went to the Friday prayer with blatant disregard to my dad’s constant advice that I shouldn’t take my fancy shoes or sandals to the mosque, given he did one day and had his stolen. Every other week I hear that advice, however I never thought it’d happen to me because..well I’m awesome.
Of course from the picture, you must conclude that the above paragraph and my confidence in my intimidating foot presence is a load of crap. I had my fancy sandals stolen, I sat on my fancy sunglasses and bent it and I returned home with a pair of sandals that slipped off my feet with every step because it looks like it was gang banged by a tribe of hungry dogs. Making you wonder if that’s paint on the left one or dog love juice.
To my surprise, well not really, I managed to pull them off and make them look sexy. I think the difference in size between the pair helped to highlight the curves of my toes while improving their Enzo like aerodynamics.
End of transmission.

Back to the point, why the hell would someone steal stuff at the Mosque? 7abakat ya3ni? :/
Comment by SlouchyPants July 31, 2009 @ 2:30 PMI don’t need a heads up, you expect ruggid firey sexiness when entering my blog. =O
On a more serious note, sometimes if you’re poor you lose your faith in everything, including God..so they might not have the same respect to mosques as others do.
Comment by suspic August 2, 2009 @ 12:54 PMI was so not expecting that picture. At first, I just stared at it.
Comment by Carpe Diem July 31, 2009 @ 6:22 PMAnyway, thats what you get for not listening to papa dearest ;)
You’re one lucky shit they left you two, albeit their vast differences!
I actually stole those from the mosque’s bathrooms. :(
They keep a ton of them there, so you’d leave your shoes and wear those while washing up so you wouldn’t spoil your fancy shoes/sandals with water.

Comment by Cooookiez August 3, 2009 @ 4:34 AMthe real question here is: did you actually take a picture of your feet before leaving to the mosque (just in case)? or are you just trying to prove a point by pulling a fast one and fake picture?
Comment by Frogman August 1, 2009 @ 8:26 AMNo, that’s after I got home and had nothing to do nor any family members to complain to. :D

Comment by Rania August 3, 2009 @ 2:54 PMYeah but the cost of going there to the said cheap market + their laziness + loss of faith in society probably just wants to steal my shoes.

Comment by suspic August 4, 2009 @ 12:18 PMOh stealing in the mosque, it’s very becoming. Next time get slippers, dip them in .. umm, dog juice as you so nicely put it, and staple on a D&G sign. That’ll teach them. Ew. I just really grossed myself out. And I was actually craving juice… and I grossed myself out again. Ok, bye!
Comment by Heroine August 3, 2009 @ 6:07 PMCovering them with the sticky rat poison thingy would be funner!
